In the beginning

Smoked Fish Spread 
Nothing but the best.  Fresh Gulf Coast Amberjack filets, smoked right out back, blended with fresh veggies, herbs & spices for “just the right kick”.   Served with the finest Florida crackers.  Regular or Angry

Also available in ½ lb  and 1lb  sizes. 

Chips & Salsa 
Fresh fried corn tortilla chips with ho-made salsa! 

Chips & Gravy
A big ol' basket of our seasoned waffle fries served up with a big ol' bowl of rich brown gravy.  This'll keep ya warm during the game.

Buffalo Shrimp 
Our wild-caught shrimp lightly dusted and fried.  Tossed anyway you want:    Mild, Medium, Hot, Naked or our famous “Sweet & Nasty”.

Fried Cheese 
Creamy mozzarella rolled in seasoned bread crumbs and deep fried. Served with our ho-made marinara dipping sauce. 

Angry Peppers
Made right here! Fresh jalapenos, stuffed with two kinds of cheese and crispy-smoked bacon(bacon fixes everything).  Fried golden brown and served with ranch on the side. Or get on the porch with the big dogs and get some Tropical Heat to go on em'!

Pan Seared Tuna
Sushimi Grade tuna encrusted with seasame seeds and seared rare with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.

Bonzai Shrimp
Our wild caught fried shrimp with a creamy hot and sweet Thai sauce with green onions…Oh Yea

Chicken Tenders
Tired of the same old “tenders”?  We make ours fresh with buttermilk and fresh chicken.  They aren’t just fer the kid’s anymore!

Fried Green Tomatoes
Fresh from the farm green tomato wedges dredged in buttermilk and seasoned to perfection.  It’s a “Southern thing”

The Wing Thing
Jumbo wings done our way. O.K, Smoked for hours and then fried just to crisp up the outside. Tossed in your choice of sauce – Buffalo (mild or Angry), Bar-B-Q, or Sweet & Nasty

Ripper Dawg
¼ lb all beef hot dog fried ‘til it cracks….then grab some chili, jalapenos, cheese, onions or all the above!!

The Bubba
Fresh ½ pound of choice ground beef, hand pattied and grilled to yer perfect “doneness”.  served w/lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle.

Angry Bubba
We take Bubba out back and slap em' around with a two-punch combo of Pepperjack cheese crusted over a mixin’ of spicy peppers. 

Bad Breath Bubba (The triple B)
How about takin' our 1/2 pound bubba fer a walk on the wild side?  Blue cheese crumbles combine with roasted garlic for a cacophony of mouthwaterin' aromatics that'll keep your friends 10 feet away.  Not a first date kind of meal.  Scope mouthwash is the side dish. Add bacon for the Quadruple B!!! 

Hot Pressed Cuban
This monster of a sandwich sports a heapin’ helping of ham, fresh roast pork, salami, Swiss cheese, pickle, mayo and mustard on fresh Cuban bread. (we got the folks in Ybor crying over this baby)

FM Special
A Midwest tradition with an Alabama kick.  We take a fresh pork loin and pound it out and toss it in seasoned breadcrumbs.  We then load the fried loin with a pile of shaved ham (that we grill 1st) and put it all between 2 slices of cheese on a fresh Kaiser.  Topped with onion, mustard and pickle, if you get to the bun in less than 3 bites, you got a big mouth!

Big Ass Burrito
Better bring help on this one!  Your choice of our pulled pork or pulled chicken stuffed into an extra large flour tortilla with beans, rice and shredded cheese.  Fresh chips and pico on the side.  Really, this thing is over a pound!

Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Char-grilled chicken breast served with lettuce, mayo, and tomato. Ask for our Chipotle mayo for a nice kick. 

Shrimp Po’ Boy
Sweet tender wild-caught shrimp lightly battered and loaded on a big ol’ Cuban roll, dressed out with fresh cole slaw and tarter sauce.  Kick it up by adding Bonzai sauce!

Fried Shrimp Dinner
Tender wild caught gulf shrimp, lightly dusted with seasoning and fried golden brown.  Served up with TWO sides of yer choice. 

He created Bar-B-Q

It’s the real thing – smoked right out back over oak and hickory logs – low and slow for 12 to 16 hours.  dinners with two sides; sandwiches with one!

Smoked Manatee– Fresh from our canal....Just kiddin', but you can watch em' sometimes from our deck!

Pulled Chipotle Chicken – Served with cole slaw and our ho-made chipotle mayo.  your choice of one side. Beef Brisket – Texas style – rich and delicious. Smoked for up to 16 hours, then sliced thin enough to melt in your mouth.“You don’t need no teef to eat this beef” Dinner or Sandwich

Big Ass Smoked Sausage – Big as it’s TX tradition, we toss our BA’s in a bath of beer, BBQ, and hot sauce and let the smoker do the rest. Dinner - Sandwich

RIBS – We smoke our St. Louis style ribs until they fall off the bone tenderly. (No boiling here!)   Then we sauce ‘em up and finish on the grill. Served with two sides.Half a rack or Full rack

BBQ Armadilla–Served up in it's own shell and....kidding again, but they sure are cute.

Green and Soupy Stuff

AP Salad
A generous plate of ice cold lettuce loaded with Florida tomato wedges and red onion ribbons , served with homemade honey mustard, ranch, blue cheese, Caesar or 1000 island dressing.

Angry Chef Salad
Our AP Salad served with hand-rolled deli meats and cheeses.

Chopped Salad 
Your choice of Golden fried chicken tenders, pulled pork or pulled chicken on a bead of green Romaine, served with your choice of dressing.

AP Gumbo 
Our own sausage and chicken gumbo served over white rice. We put ours up against new orlean's best!

Ho-made Chili
Ho-made chili (Our ho this week is Bob) is not too spicy but described by experts as "meaty".  Try a bowl alone or drop some on top of a big ol' ripper dog-that’ll keep ya warm.

If ya’ll don’t want to eat here, get it by the pound and take it home!  The Angry Pepper caters any event-From 4 to 4,000 persons, we can put together a truely memorable event!  Make your wedding something other than lookin' at dried up chicken or mistery meat....We even have the tents and portable smokers to make everyone within two miles envious!  Give us call for a quick quote.
