The Angry Pepper Smoke Shack has been smokin' meats for hundreds of years - just as our ancestors have. Okay, so not quite that long, but you'd think we did!

We smoke all our meats right here on site using hickory and oak logs and keep it low and slow from 12 to 16 hours. All our sauces, sides and entrees are made from scratch. Ain't no short cuts around here.
